ASUS Coming Out With New Products For E SeriesTuesday, February 05, 2008 Asus will be coming out with 3 new products for their E series. The Asus Eee PC has created a huge following in the market, and has increased what is expected from them. They are working hard in this regard, and might come out with some great products. The first one will be E-DT, which is a desktop version of Eee PC, and will sell without a monitor. Initially, it will use a Celeron processor, but later they plan to change with single core processors. It will be priced somewhere under $300. The second one will be E-Monitor, which will be fully equipped with a 21" display and TV Tuner card, and plans to be a complete entertainment package at around $500. The most anticipated product is E-TV, which is a 42" LCD TV which is capable of running Linux on it. It would be competitively priced for sure, considering all other E products. The race in the E series style of products is getting tougher. With a number of companies jumping in, ASUS will have a difficult time ahead and they should have more tricks up their sleeve, if they want to be the leaders, like they are now.
