The Jack PC uses Power Over Ethernet (PoE) technology. The way PoE works is rather than having multiple power outlets, it connects to one central cable infrastructure. It is estimated that PoE technology saves roughly 50% on installation costs due to less outlets and electrical wiring required. The unit also consumes a maximum of 5W which is another great cost-cutting feature.

Currently the Jack PC is available in 3 different models. There are two USB only models, the EFI 6700 standard and the EFI 8000 advanced. The third option is the EFI 6900 advanced model which supports DVI, USB and dual display.

The Jack PC is fast, efficient and has the ability to handle and support thousands of clients and users at any given time.
